Marrazzo's North River is a family business established in 2009 by Anthony and Diane Marrazzo. Their eldest son, Anthony, was in high school at the time and a student of the work co-op program. "In a family business, we had the opportunity to test his work ethic, his abilities and hone in on his skills, become aware of his strengths and weaknesses and know his value on a whole new platform," say the Marrazzos. "He has turned from a student to a robust team player, and we couldn't be more proud."

"Our youngest son, Matt, is a graduate of the CRSD and Middle Bucks Tech School Program. He is another fine addition to a thriving family business. Recently, we have had the pleasure to include one of our daughters in the office. With office skills remarkably sharp, as is her eagerness and openness to speak with clients over the phone. Great communication skills are a necessary aspect of any well-run business. All of our children are well spoken, courteous and friendly."

Working together has strengthened our familial bond, though at times, oddly has momentarily divided us too. There is always something to be taught, and something to be learned. "Though Anthony and I served the business through an amicable divorce in 2013, most have no idea about our divorce, perhaps, until now, after reading this article. We are on more level ground today than ever before and the greatest of friends to the end!" says Diane.

Wednesdays are family night. Anthony cooks dinner, Diane works late in the office and we all meet at the Barn for a meal. They feel blessed and love working together.
