An Avalon beach home with the ability to accommodate a growing family was the design objective for this home. The palette is calming and timeless. The upholstery is all performance, so no one needs to be concerned. A kitchen with all the appliances a cook could ever need, allowing the family to dine in rather than making reservations. The centrally located three-story staircase is a one of a kind and took over four months to construct and install. The third floor master suite houses a bedroom, spacious bath, coffee bar and office with ocean views. The ground level accommodates all the children, grandchildren, sleeping and pool access.
Life is good for the family that calls this their home.
