This was a complete gut and rehab inside and out. New kitchen, bathrooms, floors, appliances, roof, siding, HVAC, plumbing, electrical. fixtures, windows, doors and landscaping. Updated septic where needed. Changed over from well to public water . We also had to remove an in-ground cement pool as per township requirements. (Inspections done at original time, after partial removal and at completion.) We leveled an acre of overly grown mature trees and hydro-seeded the lot. The next picture shows the final outcome.
