Control4 provides a unified, elegant interface; Lutron reduces wall clutter with architectural lighting and shading; and Josh.ai offers natural, unobtrusive voice control. The home looks serene—while everything behind the scenes works beautifully.

Are clients asking about "cutting the cord"?
All the time. Streaming has become the standard, and we design most of our systems around it. Apple TV and Roku are fast, reliable and offer the widest range of apps. They integrate seamlessly with our smart home systems, creating a cleaner setup and a much more enjoyable viewing experience.

How does all this technology help clients during the off-season?
For clients who enjoy their Shore homes only 12 weeks a year, smart technology provides year-round peace of mind. They can check cameras, adjust lighting, manage temperatures and monitor system health remotely. Our remote support tools allow us to diagnose and fix issues proactively—often before clients are aware anything happened.

What's new and exciting on the horizon for smart homes?
