Starting as a small home remodeling business that Jay Cipriani operated out of the back of his El Camino, Cipriani Remodeling Solutions has since evolved into a full-service design-build remodeling company over the past 45 years.

Cindy Cipriani has been part of the journey and has been instrumental in mentoring the design team over the years. Our company is also known for completing large complex projects such as whole home renovations involving major structural changes." Cindy notes that one of the best areas to add a new primary suite to a home is over the garage. There is no need for a foundation or zoning approval with this type of project. Elevators retrofitted to a home are becoming more popular as owners age in place.

She also points out that since more people are staying in their homes longer instead of absorbing the exorbitant costs of relocation, renovation tends to be the more cost-effective way to make staying in one's home a reality. In-law suites also account for many of the projects Cipriani designs, keeping multiple generations under one roof while boosting a home's value.

Once the project is designed, Cipriani's in-house craftsman builds the project. adhering to the high standards and processes of the company, removing stress for the homeowner.

The homeowner went on to say, 'They were very professional, and met and exceeded my expectations with the quality of the materials and the final project.' And that's why we do this! Because every homeowner deserves a remodeling experience like that."
