CPOS Refacing was founded in 2010 when father son duo Tom and Tony were frustrated with their corporate jobs and felt there was something more they could be doing for their community. As children, Tony & Chris would help their dad install pullout shelves and work on cabinets for friends and family. Tony came to Tom with the idea of launching a business where they could put their past knowledge of kitchen cabinetry to use. Having been in the construction industry themselves, they found there was a real need with homeowners to find a contractor they could trust and bring their dreams to reality. With the ideas flowing, Chris was immediately filled in on their idea and eager to become involved. Even our first hire, Scott, who has been with the company for over 10 years, is still with the company today and fulfilling the role of field supervisor.
