How many years have you been in business or in this industry?
I have been in the industry for 40 years. I learned the business as a kid right of  high school and then 30 years ago started my own business along with my wife Rhonda, operating from our basement. We named the company C & C for our kids; our daughter Chelsey who works in the New York fashion industry and son Cole who works with us in the family business.

What makes you the best in your industry while separating yourself from your competitors?
Our caring, our workmanship, our attention to quality but more than anything else we are a family business with customer service as our No. 1 priority. We lead with our hearts not our pocket because we care about the customer.

How does it feel to be recognized among House & Home’s Best of Winners?
It feels great, we have also won Best of Bucks and Montco 10 years in a row and also the Consumer Protection award with GAF, a leading roofing manufacturer. We are Master Elite Certified with GAF; only 3% of roofing companies nationwide have earned that designation.

What keeps you motivated every day to do the work you do?
The fact that we have over 25 employees with families of their own. Most of our people have been with us for 15 years or more, and are trained and certified in roofing and siding.
