With all the bases covered, this project is about to hit a grand slam! There’s an area for any and all-weather conditions – from bright sun shine on a hot summer day, to cold winter mornings, you’ll find somewhere to sit that fits just right. Up top, we had the opportunity of creating a “four-season” room, with insulation for warmth & windows that open almost entirely for an open porch feel - we also installed carpet to add comfort to an already intriguing room. Exit the sliding door onto an open deck space perfect for lounging with a full view of the property! The glass panel railings not only add full visibility, but a super sleek look to an already low-profile rail system. On the patio below, we went with a wood plank stamp pattern to lessen the look/feel of concrete – we also installed a drain system on the deck above to give an escape from rain, and add ample space for hosting pool parties! Altogether, this is one amazing project that we are super proud of.
