If you've ever traveled to Europe, you've likely seen their gorgeous gardens. There's really nothing quite like them. The gardens in France are especially lovely - rustic, but full of life and color. This Haddonfield job designed by Bobby Ward, one of our landscape designers, has a French flavor that captivated me from the first time I visited this job. Behind a beautiful black, iron gate is a fantastic paver driveway leading to the home's backyard. To provide privacy, the driveway is bordered by a cream, stucco wall - timeless in design. To soften the architectural lines of the wall, Bobby selected a variety of shrubs and plants. There are flowering shrubs along the base that spill over onto the driveway and a few climbing vines to carry the eye up the wall. He then chose coordinating planters to sit along the top of the wall, filling them with a variety of colorful annuals to add an extra element of interest.
